Faults and Cancellations
7.1 Once you
have received your goods, you have 14 days in
which you can return them should they be
unsatisfactory for any reason. To be able to
return the goods you must notify us within 7
working days of receipt of the goods of your
intention of returning the goods and the
reason for doing so. You would receive a full
refund of the purchase price on their safe
return within this time period.
It is your responsibility to pay for the cost
of returning the goods. When we have received
and inspected them and we are happy they have
been returned in the same condition that they
were dispatched, we will refund the total
