Custom Made Rugs

Custom made rugs are always more expensive than standard sizes an in some case can be up to 100% more expensive. The benefit of ordering a bespoke rug is that it will be tailor made to your exact requirements and will fit perfectly. Many people choose to have custom made rugs made because standard sizes aren't large enough so if you are looking for an extra large rug then it would be a good choice. There are however a few things to take into account when ordering a custom made rug. Typically custom made rugs take anywhere from 12 - 16 weeks to be made and delivered to your door. As with any bespoke service all custom made rugs are non returnable; a smaller sample of the rug you request to be made to your custom size will be sent to you first to confirm that the colours and style are what you require. Once the sample rug is returned and an order for a custom made rug is processed it cannot be cancelled. The minimum size a custom made rug can be made to order is over 4m² - 200 x 200cm. Width and length can only be made in steps of 5 cm e.g. 220cm, 225cm, and not 221 cm, 224cm etc

Many of our rugs can be made to custom made sizes so if you don't see the rug you require in one of the rug collections below it's always worth asking us if the design you require is available in a custom made size.
